Click on their link to reset your password. Once I did that it let me into my account using the new password and all my points were intact etc. |

I just tried to enter the last three tips and get the message to "Please enter a keyword" although that's exactly what I am doing. sigh. I sent them a message, maybe it's something I'm doing but it won't work on my phone and I've tried Firefox and Chrome... |

Same here too. Did notice that the "button" you push to submit the tip doesn't say "submit" or the like....says "claim reward," so it's probably looking for a redemption key-word not a tip. New system seems to have a few crossed wires. Hopefully they'll work 'em out soon.

yeah, still not working. I posted a message with a photo of the error on the CD1025 facebook page, since I haven't gotten an email reply from the webmaster. The "claim reward" was working yesterday as I was able to enter the morning tips on my phone...after I got home later last night around 10 pm it wasn't working. I was able to visit websites and get the 5 points for that, and that showed up in my lounge history.
